The Rosen Method Cascadia Centre will achieve this through public lectures, demonstrations, professional training and the promotion of health and well-being through bodywork and movement.

ROSEN METHOD CASCADIA CENTRE is a Registered School with the Private Career Training Institutions Agency of BC, PCTIA; certified by the Rosen Institute of California; The Cascadia Centre is recognized by the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada Association NHPC and the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork NCBTMB for Continuing Education units.  The training can be taken for personal growth or lead to Professional Certification. It is a journey of deep personal transformation.  Training is Tax Deductible.

Rosen Method Bodywork Practitioner Training is experiential, an exploration of mind-body-spirit using touch and words to connect with our unconscious, releasing long-held patterns and beliefs that keep us from being who we truly are. 

Rosen Method Movement Teacher Training teaches an approach to movement from the inside out, supported by music.  One experiences aliveness, moving freely and easily.

ROSEN METHOD CASCADIA CENTRE is in the heart of Roberts Creek, BC, on the Sunshine Coast, within walking distance to ocean and old growth forest.  The Centre also provides workshops in Edmonton Alberta, with expansion plans for Toronto, Ontario in 2011.  The Centre oversees training in Rosen Method in Minnesota… the Heartland.
